With Anna-Bel, your guests order at the table themselves. Using their phone. All you have to do is serve the orders. Payments are made directly online. This saves you a lot of time and generates more turnover with less staff.
Anna-Bel allows you to get to know your guests better. You can make them personalized offers while they are sitting in your restaurant or on your terrace.
STEP 1. Your guests scan the QR code of their table with their phones.
STEP 2. They choose drinks and dishes from your digital menu.
STEP 3. Your guests pay online with all common digital means of payment such as iDEAL, credit card, ApplePay, SOFORT, Bancontact, and Payconiq.
STEP 4. You serve after receipt of the order/payment on a receipt printer and/or your e-mail and/or a push notification via the Anna-Bel app on your telephone. Done!

To support the hospitality industry in this difficult and extraordinary time, we have reduced the one-off start-up costs to €0.
Per QR code per table/room
We do, however, calculate the external payment costs via www.pay.nl:
iDeal: €0.18, ApplePay, SOFORT, Bancontact, and credit cards: 2%, Payconiq: €0.-* (*: only in 2020).
Per transaction
After one calendar month running with Anna-Bel, we charge min. €50,- and max. €500,- transaction costs per month, which is 1% of the total monthly turnover.
One-off setup costs
As promised, we do not charge setup costs. We will bill the hardware (printer and Wi-Fi box) of €250,- with a payment term of 1 month upon delivery.

With the Digibon technology, you can offer your guests a digital voucher as well as a paper voucher.
After scanning the QR code, your guest has the possibility to download the digital voucher and e-mail it to himself/herself. Super handy for the business guest, because vouchers are stored in a central place and then transferred to the accounting package.
Payconiq is a new payment app that allows you to pay easily with your mobile phone.
Payconiq is supported by major European jobs such as KBC, ING, Rabobank, SNS, ASN Bank, Regiobank, and Belfius. With Payconiq, your guests no longer need a bank card to pay.
Anna-Bel has integrated with Pay.nl and with it Payconiq. This allows your guests to pay even faster. For 2020, Payconiq charges €0,- via the Pay.nl integration.
Anna-Bel was developed by Gerben Bouwhuis out of his frustration that good, friendly service did not always turn up at the times he wanted.
